Today it’s all about grapes! Big fan of grapes, huge. All colors, they taste oh so lovely and they’re oh so fabulous for your body and skin. Resveratol is a key ingredient in grapes that is full of health benefits, they’re packed full of fiber, vitamins, and minerals. Get munching to glow from the inside out!

My skin just can’t make up its mind recently, day by day it’s something different but it always loves a grape mask for a rejuvenated feel.

MASK 1 –

 

Ingredients 

X1 Grape (seedless or remove the seeds)

Steps

  1. Cut grape in half
  2. Rub half grape piece all over the skin
  3. Repeat with second half
  4. Rinse with warm water after 20-30 minutes
  5. Tone and moisturize as normal

MASK 2 –

Ingredients

  1. 2-3 seedless grape
  2. 1/4 Teaspoon baking soda – gently deep cleansing pores
  3. Wheat flour – high in vitamin E, which is also an antioxidant and reduces redness

Steps –¬†

  1. Squeeze grapes out of skins into a bowl
  2. Gradually add wheat flour until mixture thickens up
  3. Add in baking soda (it should end up as a thin paste)
  4. Mix it all together
  5. Apply for 20 minutes and rinse off with warm water
  6. Tone and moisturize as normal

Use this mask 2-3 times per week, in conjunction with your daily skincare routine.
