Are you a tea drinker? I must admit I do love a hot mug of herbal tea! There’s something about it that makes me feel energised and healthy, not to mention good about myself for staying away from coffee. Herbal tea has been around for centuries and used all of the world by different cultures. Herbal tea is brewed from spices, flowers, herbs and dried fruits. They differ from ‘true teas’ such as green tea or English breakfast due to them not being derived from the Thea sinensis plant, all normal tea contains caffeine where herbals tea does not.
